The Juniper Installer Service needs to be installed on the client workstation while logged in with Administrative access. It allows the automatic install/update of the WSAM or Network Connect components even if the signed in person does not have Administrative access to the workstation at the time of the update.
Download and install the
Juniper Installer Service for Windows (right click on the preceding link and choose "Save Target As..."). Launch the install by double-clicking on the file you saved.
When you run the setup, use all the defaults. You should not need to reboot the computer.
